Describe the problem and arrange a drop-off. Get the exact address once your work is confirmed.

Bring your tower. Your monitor and keyboard usually aren't needed. Bring a laptop’s charger.

Get answers

The $50 diagnostic gives you written findings and a quote. It is not credited toward repair.

You give the OK

No repairs without approval. Any change over $25 or 10% gets a new OK by text.

Is the diagnostic credited toward repairs?
No. The flat $50 diagnostic is a separate charge and is not credited toward repair. You receive written findings and a quote.
What do you work on?
Desktops and gaming PCs get the full service menu. Laptops get diagnostics, cleaning, and battery replacement only. No phones or tablets.
Can you come to my home?
It’s drop-off only in Ama. Mobile service is planned for the future, with no launch date, and cannot be booked yet.
